Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We will endeavour to ship all orders received by 2pm AEST the same or next business when the order is placed on a standard business day.
Orders received during the weekend or on Victorian Public Holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.
During our peak times some orders may take up to 3 business days to be sent.
If you need your order urgently please select the express post option or leave a note on your order
Some products may take longer to ship out, please check the product page for any handling times
Shipping charges
We offer a flat rate standard shipping option of $10.95* for delivery within Australia
* Some of our items are bulky or heavy and will need to be sent separately and can't be combined with other items or sent via express post.
We mainlyuse Australia Post and Sendle and to send orders within Australia.
Your order may also be sent via a courier
What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
Unless specified on your order during checkout we will request the delivery driver leave your order in a safe place.
What if my order is returned to Perfect Party Supplies?
If your order is returned to Perfect Party Supplies we will contact you via email to advise you the reason for unsuccessful delivery.
If your order can't be delivered due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery you will be required to pay the delivery charge again to re-send your order.
If you no longer require the products you can choose a refund of the product amount. Any delivery charges will not be refunded once a shipping label is created
Local Pick up
We offer local pick up from Darley Victoria.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be ready.
We are available Monday - Friday 9 - 2:30pm for pick ups.(not including Public Holidays)
Once your order is ready for collection we will contact you via sms or email to arrange a time to collect.
Orders not received
In the event your order doesn't arrive to you, you need to notify us within 60 days of your purchase by emailing enquiries@perfectpartysupplies.com.au
Claims for undelivered orders after 60 days will not be able to be refunded or replaced.
